Guild Wars 2

So I just logged in for the first time today, saw 2 in game mails. I quickly scanned them and saw there was something attached to them, but then I logged out and switched characters to go do tequatl as he just came up. Now I can’t find those mails anywhere?!?

What did the mails say?
What was attached to the mails?

How do I get the mails back?

I too have lost this mail. Help?

I just posted this as well. Same exact thing happened to me.

Same here. My mail was full at the time switched to another character then gone.

All that was attached was two tokens to vote with; given how easy they are to get from the activities (or just buy them if you want) I wouldn’t worry too much about it.

Yeah I said as much in another thread, but the thing is this bug has been around for a while now and still not fixed. Eventually, something of value is going to be sent out this way, and lots of people are going to lose it. It would be better to not tempt fate. Hopefully now that an item (however trivial) is attached to these disappearing mails, it will bother enough people to serve as a wake-up call that this bug needs to be fixed.

I just had 22 mails disappear (not the Cutthroat Politics mail). They were mails that had been returned to me and were each holding 5 items that I had sent for the purpose of storing items in Return To Sender mails disappear. I saw them briefly on one character after the update that loaded the new Living Story, and after switching, they are missing.

Ouch. You should probably contact customer service to see if there’s any way to recover those.

So I noticed today that there were patch notes surrounding the missing emails:
Fixed an issue with Support Token mails disappearing.

So I logged in today, and the mails are still missing. What’s up?

So this needs a bump b/c the patch still didnt fix it, and they are still missing. Just an fyi anet
