Why we have item “Support Reminder” with Gnashblade sign as loot and do not have similar bag with Kiel sign? I consider it is unfair in relation to Kiel’s voters.

Duh. It’s obvious Gnashblade is bribing you and Kiel is too cheap to give you anything.
