There are victory dialogues, cutscenes and ingame mails for both parties hidden inside the .dat file.

Why would the devs go through the effort of the content, if they planned to rig the election?

Hopefully this puts an end to the conspiracy theories.

When Ellen Kiel loses the election, That_Shaman will post the unused victory content for the losing candidate.

Why? Because they knew people would check the data file!
