I would say, make a survey. Put the choice exclusively on what of the two fractals would have been preferred. A choice where only those matter, and no other benefit or character is involved.
And let’s see what happens. I don’t pretend to change what already happened – we’ll have that thaumanova fractal.
But the votation was seriously biased for the start, and even people who weren’t interested in fractal were able to influence – and i suspect rather heavily – such a crucial decision. So…i would just like to see. See if this is what fractal users wanted, or if non-fractal users had so much influence in a choice so important, but that didn’t matter for them anyway.
A survey ingame, if possible, maybe done when you finish a fractal, so that only people interested in that content can vote. A simple question: what of the two fractals would have you preferred, with a small description for both of them.
And let’s see what people wanted.

If everything else was out of the picture I wanted the Abbadon Fractal. I didn’t play GW1 and even though the Abbadon event apparently happened 1079 yearsbefore GW1 I still want to know about it a bit more.

I voted Kiel, but I don’t care which gets implemented.

If everything else was out of the picture I wanted the Abbadon Fractal. I didn’t play GW1 and even though the Abbadon event apparently happened 1079 yearsbefore GW1 I still want to know about it a bit more.

What is there to derail? This thread wouldn’t exist if Abbadon hadn’t lost. It’s just another person who feels cheated because Abbadon wasn’t the assured victory that people were so convinced it would be. They can’t accept the loss of Abbadon, so it MUST be that people actually want Abbaon, because the reactor is a dumb smelly asuran reactor explosion.

And frankly, let’s say the survey is made. What happens if Kiel still won? You think that would be accepted? It wouldn’t. Because the only acceptable answer is that Abbadon wins.

That’s the only reason they want a survey. Because they can’t accept the results.

For me if the reactor frac won I would be ok with it. Hell I am ok with it already i just wanted the other one more. But if Evon had won all these threads would still exist just be reversed. This isn’t a bad idea I am also kinda interested if the fractal was really the main reason .
