Achievements bugged after hotfix
Case Closed and the Dragon Ball achievements do not count towards the meta achievement.

Its not a bug, those aren’t supposed to count.
Case Closed was always stated to not count towards the Meta Achieve (check the initial Dragon Bash patch notes). Its basically just a “counter” of all the story achievements and how many of those you’ve done, not an achievement in and of itself.
Dragon Ball I’m not sure. I could swear at first they said it should count but was bugged (this was when Dragon Bash first launched), but then a couple weeks back they came out with a new patch and said it wasn’t supposed to count and reduced the meta-achievement requirement from 10 to 8 to compensate. Sounds more like they were supposed to count at first, couldn’t fix the bug with them, so they just reduced the achievement count to cover. But either way, they officially do NOT count at this point towards the meta achievement.
You’ll need to grab 1 more achievement to get the meta-achievement done. Luckily you’ve still got close to a week, so pick one and go. The piñatas or the effigies would probably be easiest of the ones you don’t have yet.
