Erm? Really? This is definitely a euphemism for a solo pastime that allegedly sends you blind.

Only someone with their mind deep in the gutter could remotely connect those two.

First, it’s referred to as a “snake”, not a dragon.
Second, it’s “wack” or “jack”, not bash.
So Dragon Bash, or Bash the Dragon is in no way perverted.

Anyway, Dragon Bash is about laughing in the face of the danger of the Elder Dragons, not some perverted euphemism.

I’m from England and have never heard it called that either.
