Hi, I had farmed for about 40 minutes the holograms by wpointing near them and now only 1 out of 4 mobs drop me something. Why am I experiencing DR? I’m not a bot, I’m playing the way I want and I get punished for doing so? What’s the excuse of devs of this loot nerf i’m experiencing?

The fact that you WP and attack the same kind of mob constantly for 40 minutes would indeed most likely trigger the DR, especially if you don’t kill other mobs in between.

You might not be a bot but you are playing exactly like a bot.

So how do i get out of it?

Btw even if i play like a bot doesn’t mean it’s a bad way of playing, cause i enjoy it a lot.

Change areas, do other things now and then.

Of course, but how do you suggest they would hit actual bots if they don’t hit people acting like bots?

That easy, I changed area and it’s all like before, thanks. I thought that when you get DR you were bound to be in a 2 hour bad loot cicle.

If that’s all it takes to get back to normal I won’t ever complain again on DR.

I experienced a similar thing, I was quite enjoying the run/WP from place to place bashing holograms. And since I don’t have much time to play over the next month and have to kill 300 of the things I need to do it this style to get the achievement.

So do you have already farmed the 300 for achievement within that 40 minutes? Then you can just stop – not needed to farm anymore. Most likely it is an attempt to help others that need to get the achievement by preventing farmers that farm only for drops to steal all the minions even if they already have the achievement.

DR should kick in much faster… or they just should remove drops completely and make them only for achievement to kill. Would solve a lot of problems imho.

There are so many areas with active holograms and noone doing them, just change server and see. Also, how am i supposed to get jade tickets and 100.000 candies if i didn’t drop anything? You are thinking only about acvhievements, i got that in 1 hour and you can too if you are willing to spend money on waypoints to get there as fast as possible.

Not everyone wants to spend money. Also this is intended for everyone – there might be new players that don’t have that much gold.

100.000 candies… if you have that much money to port then just save it and buy them at the trading post. Weapon tickes you should buy the other coffers from the gem store. That’s how it is intended. That stuff should be rare.

If they wanted the holos to be farmed for candy and other stuff(and not only for achievement) they would have made them permanently active without CD.

Don’t get 100,000 candies for the wings. You’re better off selling the candies and using the money, plus money from other drops, to buy the wings on the TP. They’re much cheaper that way.

Although if you’ve been farming holograms that much I’m surprised you haven’t had them drop already.

That much^? I farmed in total 2 hours and everyone here is whining because they can’t get to kill 300 holograms.

I did the 300 achievement while doing the daily yesterday in Caledon. Granted, I found some nice people that actually waited to activate the holos if someone was still running, which makes it easier, but still…
