That achievement is currently bugged so if you can get into the right LA overflow it will give it to you now, no need to watch the fireworks

The main issue with repeating it would be that people can keep claiming that they should repeat it for months, since there will always be people who misses it.

Why is Arenanet making so time limited achievements…I will be away for the weekend and there is no way I can get the achievement or the helmet. Maybe they can repeat the fireworks the next weekend too, for those who will miss the 14-17 ones? Please? :|
Try repeatedly going in and out of overflow in LA. There is a bug that gives players the helmets in the mail. You can do it by entering dragon ball and exiting after every match.
You might also want to guest to a more populated server to do this. If LA is not usually in overflow there.
Anet will fix this soon, so keep trying to going in and out of overflow in LA.
