Effigies?
They’re not in game yet.
Per the patch notes, Burn Down The Dragons (the achievement associated with the effigies) is not doable until a later point, so the effigies aren’t in-game yet.
Where are the effigies? I found Fireworks Launchers and Dragon Pinata… shouldn’t Effigies also be found in Lion’s Arch? Or aren’t they in game yet or are they outside in the Open World?
