Fix Dragon Ball

1) I met several players that had a mega hp-regen because they ate a special kind of food and they became immortal, i call this lame or cheat

2) the game is full of leechers and the autobalance doesen’t work. The enemy team had a leecher on the team and all left, after some time even the leecher left and we were 5vs0, we had to wait 20 minutes to win….

Please fix those problems.

Food items that give the player health regeneration have been temporarily disabled in order to prevent their use in Dragon Ball Arena.
