How do you get the Shatterer Wings?
I think it’s 10 of the 14 event achievements completed. So you just need to do lotsa pinatas, some holographic enemies, moa racing, dragon ball, etc., and you’ll get them. But maybe avoid Moa racing unless you have money to burn.

You need 10 achievements…although you can currently only get 8, so we have to wait until next week.

The patch notes say. I’m also sure the achievements panel tells you to.
You need to do 10 out of 14 events. It’s not doable right now because there aren’t enough events active as it is, later on more events will become active (kinda like what happened in southsun) and will be achievable.

Yeah…dropping 50s on a race is not gonna happen. Why they made the races so expensive is beyond me. They at least should have made it like normal racing where you can bet in tiers. I’d bet 5s or 10s just for fun.
