Named after Lion’s Arch’s founder, Cobiah Marriner, the Marriner’s Horn is a permanent instrument themed for spreading festive tunes.

Has anyone been able to find this elusive item hiding in the gem store yet, or will it most likely be coming out with the next batch of Dragon Bash updates?

i’m certain it’s not in the gem store or else i would have had it already. though ~

There will be more coming in the following weeks. This weekend there is the fireworks display that will provide people with dragon helmets (some already have them thanks to a bug), and there are various achievements that has no yet been enabled.
