Marriner's horn? :D

Hey there!

In the patchnotes it says something of a “Marriner’s Horn”, which should actually be a permanent Instrument (just like the unbreakable bell) and should be available in the Gem Store, or BLTP…

I didn’t see anything tough.
Does anyone have Information about this?

Not sure I guess it might be added this weekend with the fire works event opening up.
