Guild Wars 2

Hey! Just asking – I completed ‘Ceremony and Acrimony’ before I bothered with ‘meet the hosts’. Now I believe two of the required captains are not present in Lion’s Arch for me, and I’m stuck at 75%. Am I just missing them?

They are still there for me even after the story.

How odd. Just went back and talking to a couple of the lionguard npcs surrounding the councilmembers cleared it up.

I got it some days ago, but strangely I didn’t need to speak with the last one (the one in the far right), I don’t know if that one wasn’t needed, if you need to speak with all minus any one of them, or if it was because I speaked twice with the same one and the game registered him.
