Question About June 18th Finale Event
Best guess it will open on the 18th and stay open for the rest of the month.
The entire event ends on the 9th of July.
Esplen, do you have a source for that information? Or is that just a guess?
It says it’s a “single player instance”. So my guess would be that it starts on June 18th, and it just constantly open until the end of the event.

I think they try to keep “one-day-only” events to a weekend, so the maximum number of people can enjoy it.
Plus there are still several achievements to unlock, I can only assume there will be more events as the month progresses.
Also, from the releases page:
“Join the Captain’s Council and other dignitaries as they light dragon effigies in the Grand Piazza of Lion’s Arch starting June 18. Hosted by the jovial Magnus the Bloody Handed, this ceremony will be full of merriment and surprises.”
So my guess is that this will be an ongoing thing.

It concerns me too that I wont get the story achievements done to help me get the 10 achievements for the wings even though they look pretty poor in regards to what I have seen so far.
I use forums to give my opinions but I mostly avoid discussing over

This is the one thing I really dislike about this game, all the temporary content. I’ll be gone for a few days too and I don’t want to miss out on anything. :/

Either way, I’m just glad I have off work on Tuesday! xD;
But yeah, I would assume it’s here until the end of the event on July 9th. To have it for just one time only would probably tick off a ton of people.
