I’d like to see some different color variation for this item to suit different dyes in game.

I am Chief, and I approve of this message.

+1 to that. I won’t even use it if it doesn’t come in either red or black. Blue simply doesn’t suit my char.

Add black, gold, silver…

More options are always welcome.

We should just be able to dye all the backpieces, not just have different ones in different colors. Flower one definitely needs to be dyeable.

I still don’t understand why they aren’t the greenish color to match the jade weapon skins. My jade short bow caused me to change my whole look and the blue doesn’t match at all….oh well first world problems right?

but in all seriousness why can’t we dye weapons and back items? that’d be cool, I hate when my weapons don’t match my color scheme and I have to add a splash of another color to match

I would be ecstatic if Anet released an update that gives players the ability to dye back items. Why you might ask? Because writhing hot pink tentacles on the sclerite karka shell would be epic and creepy/funny at the same time.

I’m glad others are thinking along the same lines. I’d like to be able to customize more aspects of my character. I like the idea of the back item cover, but I would be in love with the idea if I could have a bit more control over the appearance of the skin.

Part of the reason why I play games like this is to be able to customize a character. I’m going to be looking at my characters a lot as I play. I feel I should have the ability to make adjustments to my characters until I am reasonably satisfied with how they appear.

All back items should be dyeable.

Now that we demand it, it will never be implemented.

But we will continue to get things that we don’t want and don’t even ask for.

I don’t understand why everything is not dyeable. Take another page from Paragon Studios; you already have weapon customization now go with Color tintable weapons.
