Guys just wanna ask to obtain the Shatter Dragon Wing is from 11 june throughout till 9 july ? Cos I won’t be around in the month of June so hopefully i can get this clear ? From what I know its only the dragon helmet is from 14 june to 17 june the rest is clearly from 11 june onwards, which I presume it will end 9 july ? So I got july to rush all the achievements and obtain the wings ?

If its like Southsun, you can get both throughout the whole event.

From what i understand you are correct OP, its only the helmet reward that is restricted to the fireworks over the weekend of 14-17 June, the rest should be available throughout.

Horns of the Dragon helm(s) are the only time-limited item that we know of (who knows what will happen the rest of the month). Everything else can be done throughout the event.
