After all the expense and time, we may as well enjoy them.

The pistols are nicer than I expected. The trail of smoke is more significant than I thought from the preview pane and creates a stream behind your character when you run. It doesn’t show as well in a screen capture though.

I was also pleasantly surprised by the ribbon on the axes. I expected to hate them, but they make for a nice animation when used.

The longbow and shield look as I expected, the greatsword a little better.

I feel for you. I ground skulks like a fiend trying to get a Sclerite Weapon Ticket to no avail. I really wanted that shotgun…

The Ribbon on the dagger is bugged and isn’t visible from front :<
Other than that it’s a pretty decent skin. A memento of Cantha at least. I liked the Karka ones more but they refused to gimme one. I absolutely love the Jade Longbow though but only GW1 Assassins can use Longbows and not Thieves. The Shortbow is bleh.

Gabby, I feel for you. I very much like the fact that you are happy for others though, which is rare. If you wish, I will sponsor you with 1k coffers. All I ask is that you open them with at least 150 MF (which includes boosters, banner etc) in the Black Citadel. This is because in my experience, it significantly boosts your chances at a ticket, whereas I suspect low population could affect chances as well. If interested, let me know.

I got lucky yesterday and got three tickets from 350 chests. Got the longbow for my ranger, staff for my guardian, and a sword for my mesmer. I’m gonna have to try some more for another sword for her.

I have more, but these are the only screens I have for now.

Don’t have screenshots yet but I painstakingly managed to acquire three tickets for my Mesmer so far, which I used to acquire the staff and 2 onehanded swords.

Btw Chrispy, what green dye did you use on that outfit? Must say that it matches the colour of the weapons really well.

Still trying to decide what weapon to get with my ticket, lol. I’m so indecisive!

I think I’ve narrowed it down to being a two handed weapon, just because when my toons dual wield I like the weapons to match and I only have one ticket. I may get the greatsword, but it seems like that’s the one that everyone uses, sooo… I dunno. xD;

In the same boat Sieg. Finally got my first ticket 2 days ago (after thousands of coffers opened). Can’t decide between staff for alt mesmer or pistol or shield for main asura engi. My asura is (obviously) small so the shield looks good (nice n’ big) but I’m afraid the pistol will be too tiny to justify getting it. The smoke effects the OP posted are enticing.

PS – OP has 6 Jade weps?? How many coffers did that take?
