I was wondering the exact same thing. It’s been a few days already, they could’ve at least covered the body with a white blanket… I mean think of the child-NPC’s in LA!

The Charr cultural Rep and three of the hosts were hit. The rep went down on the spot, then the three of the hosts took a smaller blast, and of those three Theo “succumbed to his wounds” and died.
