Guild Wars 2

On the 17th I watched the fireworks so I could get the helm, the item appeared in front of me and i took it.

Today I logged in and I looked in my inventory, and it wasn’t there. None of my items were imbued with it, so it just flat out vanished. I looked in my bank to see if it transfers there, but it isn’t there either.

What should I do? I really wanted to put that helm skin on…

because you should have 3 helms one light one medium and one heavy.

I looked for that box you mentioned, but no dice.

And aww I could also have one for my warrior too? This stinks.

Either I send something to Anet or bump this and pray they actually check this topic out because I want my dragon helm(s).

Please keep in mind you should only submit 1 support ticket until it is closed. Submitting more than one ticket actually slows down the support process.

Also bumping this thread is not likely to resolve your problem.

Don’t get your hopes up. Last time I in a ticket regarding an item, they didn’t have the power to restore it or anything. I was specifically told by them they have no power over the content or coding in the game. Had this happen a regular item and another quest item that was part of the one time Karka event which I could not finish the questline ever because of this.

I was simply pointing out that this is probably the OPs only way it will be addressed good or bad. Even if they were to read this thread and address it the result would probably be the same. I seriously doubt the OPs statement of bumping this thread will accomplish anything that a support ticket cannot.

Check all your bags on all your characters and your bank. It won’t be on the Collectables tab.

What you’re looking for is either a silver box called Gift of Dragon Bash or 1-3 red dragon icons, called Horns of the Dragon. (The box is what you got originally, the dragons are the helmets you get when you open the box.)

Also check all your characters head gear to make sure you haven’t already applied the skin. I realise it’s unlikely you’d forget but stranger things have happened.

If you still can’t find it then contact support. They might not be able to help but it’s worth asking.

Yeah I contacted support last night and made sure none of my alts had them. Not a fan of the support thing though, since it is so limited, but whatever.
