What is the exact time the new event achievements will be doable?

Does anyone know?

I can only assume some time later today (Tuesday) because it hasn’t even been one hour into the new day for me yet :P But that’s just me.

Perhaps it’ll start at 9 am PDT, like this last part did? That’s just a guess on my part, but it seems probable.
