Okay, my game has updated, so the effigy thing has started already right? Well the problem is that the only person that I could get information from is an NPC called Captain Magnus the Bloody handed. He says that he will mark the location on your map but never actually dues it. There are no guides or anything on it, so where is it?

the npc is in the same area, like 10 feet away from Captain Magnus…that npc s called Inspector Ellen Kiel, and no the event hasnt been activated yet for some reason, but will be today:P so just have patience:)

The update you saw today was from yesterday, not today – there will most likely be another update today when the effigies go live (yesterday’s updates were not directly related).

yeah I know, I already did all the possible to get achievements (including the dragon ball), I like being an achiever ^^

Is it up? Where are these dang effigies?
