More along the lines of why the hell can we only get one of these event items now?
First the toy sack from wintersday, then the fused gauntlets from F&F, then the two back pieces from SoSC, and now only one shattered wings (at least we get one of each AC type for the helm now). It needs to go back to either the Halloween way (have to do the ‘quest’ for each character we want), or like SAB where we could get it the skins we wanted by grinding the content.
I don’t mind having it tied to the achievement, but give us another option so we can get multiples if we want to spend the time to get them.

Idk if anet uses their brains and they say they’re want people playing both pre and pvp. But that won’t happen when they force you to choose on everything you do
