The recipe only just started dropping, supposedly, so there may not be enough data yet for drop rate or where it drops. Getting 3 tickets from 30 chests is astoundingly mind bogglingly lucky, btw. I got 1 from 45 and others got none from a hundred or more. Happily I’m much more interested in the rapier and steam pistols now so I’ll rest content with the dragon staff my necro got!

You are really lucky to get any jade tickets from rich dragon coffers.
The recipe itself has great stats but very expensive to make.
