Haha, that’s actually pretty cool. You did suggest a lot of the things that are in the map on that post. But I agree, I love this map. Its so much fun and I really enjoy all the cool new things like the destructable bridges, special abilities for each of the towers or w/e, and most of all, each borderland is UNIQUE. I love that one is snow, sand, and greenery. I could go on and on about everything I love about this new map but it would be an extremely long post. Thank you Anet!

Thanks for posting this. A lot of people complain, and when something gets added to address those complaints, instead of recognizing it they just move on to the next thing.

Let’s wait another year for them to revamp the borderlands into something similar like EoTM.

After having played EOTM all last night and all afternoon, I find regular WvW to be boring and uninspiring. When they took EOTM down briefly for the patch just now, I had major withdraws.
I’m liking EOTM a lot. It’s brilliant. I’m glad they’re focusing on specific gaps— last update worldbosses, this time WvW and the queue problem, etc. They’re fleshing out the areas that were lacking.
This is my favourite release in quite some time.
Its probs my favourite release overall. I lost track of time when playing it last night so i ended up sleeping only 3 hours last night :P
It felt like a really diverse pvp experience with both small scale and larger scale fights. And the action was almost non stop.

You better believe I do! I called you out and you delivered! I just wanted to thank you all for all the hard work you put in to Edge of the Mists.
I hope in the same way you saw the above post among the many…before it slips into the abyss of continued complaints and criticisms.

I agree a really great update, loving the new map.
I despise the idea of spvp/tpvp esport crap in a MMO, and I can only hope more mmo’s start realizing PvX pvp is the way to go. Some of the best pvp (imo) in mmo’s has always been this style of pvp, and some of the worse problems in MMO’s has always been because of the introduction of “esports” in mmo’s.
In other words, keep up the great work Anet, I really hope to see more pvp content like this expanded on.
