Bannering keep lord in eotm is broken

Just WOW that boss is one of the toughest i have ever seen i can just imagine the pain to take this if there was actually anyone defending… Yes they should do something about that. badland keep was much easier that can just stay the way it is.
Sad thing is it would only take like 5 organized warriors and they could completely stop you from ever capping the keep even with a 50 man zerg.
Bannering anything that is dead has been broken for a long time now.
kill the warriors and dont let them run into rezz range. problem solved.
when they run with stabi and endure pain simply use daze skills on them while they cast the banner and kill them when EP ran out.

Bannering Keep Lords is broken everywhere, not just that one. It needs to be fixed. Period.

Taking overgrowth isn’t too hard to take when it’s being defended had a great battle for it yesterday. Just like taking any keep you have to be organized. We had 2 guild groups of about 25 each work together for it. We took turns fighting healing and the occasional res of our people. Fight lasted about 45 minutes to an hour inside the Lord room alone

Considering warriors can have 3 different sources of stability and condition immunity, you’d need 3 necros and a lot of other cc just to stop one warrior.
What makes warbanner so much better than all the other rez skills?
Cast time and benefits outside of being a res skill (pulsing boons, plus party-wide stability and swiftness if you pick it up), so you can equip it for far more uses outside of being a keep lord res. Unlike Ranger elite spirit, it can’t be killed prematurely either.

Except the time it takes to pick up + the cast time for swiftness or measly 3 second stability makes the entire endeavour pointless, hence 0% of warriors do it. Also by picking it up you lose all damage output and defensive utility, hence 0% of warriors pick it up.
So no, there is no real benefit compared to other classes, people just hate on warrior because its become the ‘cool’ thing to do, sickening.
PvP modes are the “endgame” in all MMOs.

If you argue that warrior has too much access to stability, you probably have a point, but that doesnt have anything to do with warbanner.
If you think warriors swapping to double endure pain double balanced stance to banner is bad, just wait til you see an ele using renewal of water while in obsidian flesh. Way lower cooldown than banner, heals it to full (dat overgrowth lord) and there’s absolutely nothing anybody can do about it.

The benefit is the pulsing Might, Fury, and Swiftness, so even after the res, it’s still helpful. If there was no res, it’s still helpful. That is why Warbanner is better than the other res skills.
Nobody picks up banners unless they’re
A. between fights, so the Swiftness is handy, plus Rush
B. extremely desperate for a blast finisher
C. Actually trying to pick up the Ele conjured weapon that was dropped right next to the banner.
C is almost always what happens.
