To Rox about losing her warband:

Was it hard for you, left alone like that?

Came across really bizarre considering that after going through the Charr personal story I already know exactly how hard that is. It would have been nice if my response had reflected that.

Good god! How could they?!

Tbh you are seriously nit-picking and scraping at the very bottom of the barrel for something to complain on the forums about. I’m quite impressed they recognized my status as a Priory Member so Marjory could namedrop my character to ‘escalate’ matters more quickly. That was enough of a connection for me to feel like the Living Story is still interconnected to past events that have happened.

My character is also Charr and knows exactly what gladium means. But he would still be interested to know how Rox coped with the situation.

So, is there any comment about the Steam creatures if you did the Infinity Ball storyline?

I don’t think that’s scraping the bottom of the barrel. That Personal Story detail is a huge part of a character’s background. Sharing that in common with a character it would make sense for it to be mentioned. The Living Story so far plays like it’s all about the other characters, the player is barely involved. You get all this character building between the NPCs and it’s like the player character is simply forgotten.

This isn’t scraping the bottom of the barrel, this is a missed opportunity to engage the player character in the story.

Actually the writing team has usually been good about stuff like that, and I’m pretty sure they’d regard it as an oversight.
