Guild Wars 2

The patch notes states that portals to the Edge of the Mists are opening all over Tyria. Are those events disabled at the moment since Arenanet is fixing EotM? I’ve been looking for those events since the patch knowing fully well that a lot of people would would throw themselves at EotM in LA. I just want to be sure I’m not looking for something that isn’t there. :P

Not all over Tyria, only in high level zones. I’ve seen some portals in frostgorge

There’s one just south of LA in Bloodtide with the crabs. They appear to be on a timer where they’ll be available as an event to clear the Aetherblades to access, then a set time to enter them, then they go away for a bit and repeat.

Is there a map icon if so can someone post it so its easier to find?

Edit: it has the normal Asura portal Icon.
