Has anyone noticed that retal seems to be super-charged in EotM right now (perhaps the wvw down-scaling is not in effect there). Over the past couple of days I have been 1-shot from Lightning-Flash combos, and don’t see much in my combat log.
Has anyone else noticed anything different from normal WvW and PvP?
