They ARE a living world achievement———-right?? So, just where are they?? Trying to play an itinerant wander in the “Wilds of Kryta” just waiting for the natives to ask me to lunch—————where, no doubt, I’ll be the centerpiece of the buffet——————is NOT my idea of “fun”. And, being “forced” to do nothing but “blunder into” one of these portals is also VERY unappealing!!!
So, how is one to actually gain this achievement??

Well.. You can check all the maps where it spawns. I believe it’s every 35 and up map? Something around there. If it’s spawned, you’ll see it on the map. If not, look for an Aetherblade ship in the air. There is an Aetherblade event before the portal opens up.
