Has anyone found one, or successfully completed the achievement for entering one?

Is this attachment an example of one? Found this in Gendarran Fields.

They are not always up but I think every 20 minutes or so. I go lucky there was one open at the first map location I went to listed in Duly guide.

That portal in Gendarran was linked to an achievement during Scarlet’s invasions back in august. Part of Emissary Vorp’s LW section of Clockwork Chaos, achievement “First Portal Invasion Responder” (Find the site of the first portal invasion in Gendarran Fields).
