Last nite, we were running 6-minute LA runs to get people their achievements. On one particular run, one of the Knights (blue I think) went down in ~30 seconds. Has anyone experienced this post-patch? Or is this just epic skill and coordination of the team leader on that Knight?

It’s a scaling bug in favor of the players.
Green died in 2 minutes when the usual is 8 minutes. I guess we had the same bug.
Sweet! Looks like I’m getting my achievement tonight before they fix it lol.

It can die in 2-3 minutes without it being bugged if you have high enough DPS. It’s just not possible in 30 seconds unless it’s bugged.

Think they stack at bridge for the blue one while few start the fight and he should not get full scaled, then the zerg rush it to kill it that fast before it scales up but usaly not in 30sec
I would call it epic skill of the leaders to kill it that fast just take few randoms to mess it up.

I’ve seen some knights with 50 players take forever to kill. Other knights with 35-40 players get roasted in a couple of minutes. Some knights start very slow and then out of nowhere suddenly drop like a rock. I gave up trying to figure these knights out. I’m just there for the loot!

A few times yesterday and today I’ve looked away from the health bar of the knight, usually at something like the recharges on my skills, and when I look back a few seconds later, usually after the knights done that jump disappearing act thing, a massive amount of HP seems to have just disapeared that doesn’t fit with the normal pace I had been seeing for that fight.

I don’t think people appreciate just how much RNG factors into the time it takes to down the knights. Sometimes a knight will enter a burn phase (when you stack conditions to lower its toughness) almost immediately. Other times you may have to wait several minutes. Since this is when most damage is dealt, hitting this phase quickly is to your advantage.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but this is what I’ve observed.
This is worrisome… I might not get the achievement just because I was not lucky to fight a bugged knights… 5d left and it is not looking good at all :/
