I thought you were different, a maniac for a different cause.
But you are like all the other that came before you.
Seeking the same, that destroyed so many before you.
But i have to give it to you. You concealed it well. I had a hunch.
But the probes finally confirmed it. You pretend its a game,
you pretend to be mad. But if you were that you would try
to steal in under need Krakatoiks feet. To scared ? Did Zajtan
destroy the safe way ? Making a way for the deep see dragon to
guard it. To consume it himself. I guess lions arch is the only option left.
It will be your last mistake.

She is not an ally. She is just someone trying to get her hands on it.

Let me get this straight. Your theory can mean three things.

Either Scarlet is trying to get to the bloodstone/keystone. Bubbles wants it, but there’s a lot of stuff blocking the way when Zhaitan arose Orr form the depths of the ocean. Scarlet’s “energy probes” work similar to the “asuran device” used in Arah, path 4:

Randall Greyston: The seers were a magical race, once close allies to the mursaat.
Randall Greyston: When the Elder Dragons first awoke, they gathered the unspoiled magic in the world and locked it within a great artifact—the first bloodstone.
Randall Greyston: The human gods recovered this bloodstone, and gave magic to the human race. When humanity could not handle that power, they split it into five parts.
Randall Greyston: The first bloodstone was broken into pieces in Arah.
Randall Greyston: I’ve modified an asuran device to follow divine energies. I think we can find shards from that event, and perhaps its location.

The second option is that Scarlet is trying to get the lost scrolls.
The third option is that Scarlet is trying to get the Sceptre of Orr.

In another post, you seem to suggest that the Order of Whispers in LA is aware of the presence of this object, and will have/should take this object away from LA before the attack?

The first one is close. But not quiet magic powers are cool but there is something bigger.

You mean powers from the “older, deposed god” that Abaddon got his mojo from?

Here’s my letter to Scarlet:

Scarlet,
I am pleased to inform you that your 20k Eviscerate is still scheduled to be delivered on time. May it be glorious and overly violent, because you deserve oblivion. Seriously, oblivion: to be forgotten completely because you are a blight on the name of Guild Wars.

Give us more GW 1 weapon and armor skins, please. COPY/PASTE ALREADY!!!!

if my guess is right she want to draw the power of the mists themselves the place of all the creation.

She saw the great design. She saw how small tyria is among the existence. She
saw that to eternity the gods and dragons are gust a passing moment. She saw the grand design ad power of the mists.

Hints that lead me to this conclusion :

She entered the edge of the mists, which is not what she wanted in
general she wanted to enter the heart of the mists and i don’t meant
the pvp arena. She was looking where the energy of tyria flows where the line
between tyria and the mist grows weaker or stronger depending how you look at it.
The primary entry was in the tomb of kings but it was corrupted and it lead nowhere now. The other point was on the battle isles but it sank. That way she could not enter it because the deeps dragon guards it maybe feeds it. The new port was inside LA but its not quiet strong to lead to the heart. I think thats what the fractal team wanted to do but kind of failed. The same thing is whit the inquest they hunt for the greater power. Another clue is that scarlet was inquest and they are tempering whit powers of natures aka dragons, still they seem useless in the face of the grand design. As i see it. Dragons are tyrias power manifested, human gods are manifestation of their own realms that are part of the mists that are kind of separated from the heart. Another proof of the line being thin in LA is the mad king. All the port are showing their way to LA. In short she wants to have the ultimate power.

a fun reading from guild wars one to support the teases

Before there were humans or dwarves, before there were even worlds or the stars that light the night sky, there was but one thing in the universe—the Mists. The Mists touch all things. They are what binds the universe together, past, present, and future. They are the source of all good and evil, of all matter and knowledge. It is said that all forms of life, no matter how simple or complex, can trace their origins back to this one place.

— The Guild Wars Manuscripts

The Mists is the realm of the afterlife and the proto-reality that exists between the worlds which in turn are the building blocks of reality. They are the home to various gods and other powerful entities and the residences of various afterlives. The Mists resonate from the worlds around them, forming bits of their own reality — islands of existence that reflect the histories of their worlds.1 In the center of the Mists lies the Rift and, within that, the Hall of Heroes. The various Realms of the Gods are also located here.
Demons and other beings, such as Razah, are created from the Mists themselves.

Super interesting! Maybe that’s what the “power” the Apostate (Guild Wars 1) was referring to in a way. Here’s a snippet from the mission The Apostate:

“Thank you for protecting me. And for your help, I shall now fulfill my end of the bargain.
You may have wondered why I was being chased so vehemently by Abaddon’s hunters, and I believe it is as simple as this: I do not believe Abaddon to be an eternal god. There were other gods before him, before he was imprisoned here. And I believe that while the power he uses cannot be destroyed, he may be supplanted, as he supplanted his predecessor. Use this knowledge for your benefit.”

This is where the another thread on this forum comes in nicely as well. This person believes that Scarlet wants to take over Kormir’s position, in a way. “Supplanting” Kormir, so to say, with Scarlet.
