Where is the Admiral. I have never seen him thus far for all my time spent in LA.

He spawns in the Western Ward.

She doesnt spawn when the Canoneer is still alive, if hes dead, she will spawn after a while.

Keep in mind there are menders around. One came by and repaired the Admiral to full health after we had him more than half down. So you have to kill those as well before they can get to the Admiral.

I believe the mechanics are that there can only kittenampions on the map at a time, and it might be RNG when an individual one shows up. I’ve only seen the Admiral twice in the past week, thus making her achievement that much harder to get. Dare I say that it’s harder than getting the 6-minute run.
