Guild Wars 2

I found him still in his cell and the guard standing there. I am wondering if this was intentional since I’ve seen different NPCs out of place.

The LA attack instance takes place before what we see outside of Lion’s Arch. This is seen by many NPC’s we help evacuate being seen afterwards in the various refugee camps. Canach is evacuated as well, it’s just that he’s tucked back in a jail cell in the northwest corner of Vigil’s Keep.

I went there at one point, and he was there but couldn’t be interacted with. I went back later and he was gone…

Either there is an evacuation event that gets him out, or it was a bug.
