The crashes on this event are multiple and exhausting. I think that covers that subject.

Rezzing is a whole different issue. It’s not covered and I for one am tired of being left out of the “rewards” because I will rez others – and others feel the same – many of you.

We make a choice when we rez others – we make a conscious choice to get LESS loot because our efforts are going un-rewarded and not even in the calculation for “who hits and damages the bosses the most”.

DPS is the end all of the damage in this game – case in point? I can be late to any event and if I don’t rez others, pop every skill I have an make sure I am on a DPS oriented toon, I will most likely get “GOLD” for that event.

If I use any character, doesn’t matter which, who rezzes others, I WILL get Silver or Bronze for that even because I didn’t frenzy my way to “Gold” even if I am NOT late to that event.

Even so, some events award silver or bronze even if you have been there from the start and led the charge.

I am not a great player – with rheumatoid arthritis and lupus I don’t have the physical capability of some players, but I try to build my characters to be hardened enough to mitigate some of my own failings but rezzing isn’t a failing of MINE, it’s failing of the calculation in the game that doesn’t allow for “mercy” rather than “might” — the former is never rewarded – the latter is ALWAYS rewarded.

The crashes I am sure will resolve as they pin down the source of the code that is causing the crashes during or at the end of the Escape from Lion’s Arch event.

The rezzing is something that needs to be addressed eventually as players become more frustrated and tell others, meanly at times, to forget being rezzed and “just wp”.

If we aren’t supposed to help our fellow players up then take out the mechanic – or fix the algorithm to take into account that some players WANT and NEED to help others.
