Hi, could anyone tell me whether the services offered by the Captain’s Airship is exactly the same as the ones offered by the Royal Terrace? I purchased a permanent pass for the Royal Terrace, so don’t want to get a pass for the airship unless it offers something more.

Airship has an Activity NPC.

Does anyone actually do the daily activities?

It appears the airship has exclusive access to the Laurel vendor and the skill retainer. There appears to be no option for these for the LA area. You have to go to WvW or another city. Also, rumor is that the crafting stations are up there and they are not on the ground either.

So either go to another city, or pay for something that used to be a normal part of the game. :S

Is Rata going to be the new LA because of this?

there is crafting station in vigil keep, it’s right next to the mystic forged.

edit: nevermind, the crafting stations i saw was someone summoned it. they should have put it there though

stop crying as if all the other cities don’t also have crafting stations. it’s not like the airship is the only location in the game for crafting stations. Lions arch had really bad placement anyway so consider this a good thing.

Well like someone mentioned… Ratasum really has everything compacted in a convenient manner.

If you have the Royal Pass you might as well use that, then hop up to the park to use the portal back to Vigil Keep. Same general effect as using the airship.

If I get the airship pass it’ll be so more than one alt can get the convenience.

I do sanctum sprint whenever it’s up in the rotation. AP farming <3
