Does anyone know how often peter goes to locations in Lions Arch per day? Is it once or twice? I can’t find anything out on internet and I have waited at one of his locations (consordium gift shop) for over three hours now and he has been a no show. Can anyone help me pls? I need this achievement to press on. Thanks.

I timed him and he seems to stay in one of those positions for 4-5 minutes at a time. More than enough time to get to him if his location is told in map chat.
