it will be very unlikely that some ppl will even get 250 Found Heirloom for the tonic sine it takes about 300 bags to get 1 and 500 people rescued you will likely to get about 2 Heirloom an hr. with addition of 36 that you get from Memories in Your Hand Rubble Pile achievement. it is very unlikely that ppl will actually get their tonics.

5 Found Heirlooms & 1 Silver coin 4 Copper coin for 1 Bag of Alliance Supplies
20 Found Heirlooms & 4 Silver coin for 1 Box of Alliance Supplies (5 bags)
150 Found Heirlooms & 30 Silver coin for 1 Crate of Alliance Supplies (50 bags)

And you’re assuming that the heirlooms from rubble locations don’t reset daily. If they do, then all of this really isn’t an issue.

The 36 rubble piles can be looted daily.

Still not grinding out 250 though, that’s stupid.
