Have you been getting to the stage where these types of items drop? Because besides the bugged attempts I’ve not seen anyone get close legitimately.
I got 6 Dragon Coffers yesterday from one of the “Group Effort” interval bags, so I think they mean loot bags, not actual meta rewards.
