Glowing Crimson Mask?

Can anyone confirm from where it drops? I got the Scarlet’s Veil skin from my first battle against her, I am redoing with other characters but so far that is the only skin I got in the last chest.

I would also guess cash shop. Not sure how it fits into the story currently.
