Group Effort V rewards
From what I understand, items that dropped in previous LS content (like the jetpack) can come from the box, but items that were achievement rewards (like the gas mask) cannot.
I could be mistaken.
Anything that was account bound before are account bound on acquire now. Though despite them being available to anyone in past story releases I find it kind of odd that these were made into a limited time, low chance, accountbound on acquire reward for pulling off a difficult task with 100+ others over a 45 minute timespan.
