I just wanted to say, it was an awesome touch putting Heal-o-Tron in the fray against the red watchknight and the final boss thing (vague to avoid spoilers). I don’t know if he was doing anything, but it was great to see him there.

Next time, can you have him further in the fray pecking away with those puny arms?

I haven’t been to red yet, I’ll have to go and see him now.

He rezzes people, and he’s pretty great at it.

Those tiny arms are not to be underestimated.

He definitely rezzed me when I was down.

I’m fine with this. I was concerned he would play some important plot role in the final release, he just reses you like anyone in Tyria can do.

The final release is on the 18th technically, so maybe we get to see Heal-O-Trons named cleared of all charges by the Seraph…

I definitely enjoyed watching him zip around and rez people. It’s a great addition.

Nahh, they probably will try to keep their grasp on him, just for Kiel and the council to point out that he’s a hero to the people of Lion’s Arch, and that unless they want Divinity’s Reach to lose some of its pull in Lion’s Arch, they will cease and desist.

I got super-excited when I saw him in the hologram fight. Can’t help it, I love that sarcastikittentle bot.

I was wondering what he was up to. Couldn’t see him amongst all the particle effects. I hope he gets a medal and a pardon on the 18th.

Got rezzed by Kasmeer during the final fight. That was nice. I got corpse bounced into a corner and she ran all the way out to me.

I hear this xxx-O-Tron since months now and still don’t know what it is. I checked the wiki but there is only this robot thingy I never saw. What should that be, what it is and where can I find it, why is it so prominent in the forums etc etc.

He was originally Job-o-Tron working for the consortium trying to find jobs for the Refugees at Southsun Cove. After we, and Kiel, sorted out the problems between the Consortium and the refugees (aka burning the contracts) he was out a job and appeared during the Queen’s Jubilee as Hob-o-Tron. Here he played music against Marcello Digiacomo for hand outs. Here both of them were captured by Scarlet’s Aetherblade thugs and were rescued from them by us. Then at Wintersday both re-appear in Lion’s Arch raising funds for rebuilding in Divinity’s Reach because they were tried as co-conspirators with Scarlet basically as scapegoats. He then appears as Heal-o-Tron in the Gendarran Fields refugee camp where he tried to heal those who were infected by the miasma, but was pushed out by Seraph who were looking to re-capture him and force him back into repaying his “debt”. Now he’s actively trying to fight Scarlet in order to clear his name.

I absolutely love this story line. I followed him around in Gendarran to hear all the conversations he had. Neat little bot he is.

In the next release he should definitely be called Hero-Tron.

well, he did say that he wants to prove that he is not a Scarlet’s minion……
