History Buff Achievement after Attack on LA

Hi

I have 11 of 12 plaques to gain this achievement ( yes including the one out at Orr).

I have been running round LA as it is now but i am unable to find some of the plaques required.

Any guides i am finding online are all for before the attack and when i go to the area suggested and have a look around i am unable to find the plaques.

Is my chance to gain this achievement gone? Or can anyone shed a light on to where the locations are now?

Any help here would be much appreciated.

some have shifted because of ‘floods’ from the debris

* Guardian Builds + Guardian Changes 09/09/14
* No Armour Solo-Roam Guard
* Guardian Stream
