Guild Wars 2

The quest tracker is instructing me to go to the Mystic Plaza in Lion’s Arch to complete the quest, but I can’t figure out how to get there since Lion’s Arch is under siege, or where the quest has been moved to. Any help would be appreciated.

In Gendarren fields go to Icegate Gorge and talk to Captain Smash and Bouncer Kinna, they can let you into LA to do personal story steps.

I believe That at vigil keep an npc czn bring u inside… Don’t know the place/name exactly
