I just can’t remain silent about this anymore. GW2 is seriously in trouble. This feels like abandonware at this point. You ask the devs what their vision of GW2 is and they prattle about the Scarlett living story.

I’m not sure how to defend this game anymore. Blowing up Lions Arch doesn’t change the fact that this game feels tired and played out. The developers are truly out of touch… Almost in a “playing violins as the Titanic goes down” level.

I wish more “abandonware” updated this often. So quit playing for awhile, nothing keeping you here if you are miserable.

To be fair, the Titanic was pretty awesome for temporary content.

Don’t complain about what fails to hold your attention without making suggestions to things that might hold your attention.

TBH, most MMOs suffer from similar problems. Game staff try to keep people interested with various things and it works for some and not for others. Every game has its fanboys that will stick with it no matter what, so gaming companies always have a demographic to fall back on if all else fails. Best advice is to try out something new if this no longer floats your boat. ESO is coming soon and there’ll be others like Wildstar and EQN.

In what way? Would you care to elaborate?

I have my own ideas as to why this is, but you might want want to clarify your position.
