Ok here i was laying dead on the floor in the middle of lasers and scarlet laughing on top of my body…and there he was shining and weaving and a’bobbing. I couldn’t believe my eyes it was the one and only Heal-O-Tron…here i was thinking that arena net forgot about him…

A lonely tear appeared in my eyes when he rezzed me back to the fight…so I request, nayyy I demand a tshirt:

It’s actually been stated that almost all friendly NPCS have the “res player” capability. LS content has featured this heavily, and the NPC characters in the hologram fight do it all the time. Hell, they do it some in the assault knight fight as well.

The difference is mostly in a chunk of NPC’s from start of game period of time (as in, release day etc) don’t really help res or revive players much. :P

It’s even better if you stick around after the defeat of Scarlet’s hologram and watch the dialogue between Heal-O-Tron and a Seraph soldier. He is pardoned and gets all emotional about it. Well, as emotional as a robot can get.

Yeah, I’ve been looking for that (and the Ellen Kiel dialogue too). Would you mind sharing the location please?

Heal-o-tron is a brilliant idea in my opinion. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen players laying of the floor dead waiting for a revive. Especially at events like this where you cannot waypoint back. I myself find it difficult to revive players when I’m too busy trying to avoid lasers and a bunch of adds especially when I’m attempting to get some achievements.

I was afk and rezzed by him… I guess about at least 12 times… I felt slightly molested when I came back

The conversation between ’tron and Evon makes a ton more sense after seeing the golem in there rezzing people during the fight. Nice to see them maintain some continuity between stuff in the world and in the events.

I haven’t seen the dialogue on the Breachmaker, but the Ellen Kiel dialogue happens during the 15 minute wind-up stage of the Knight’s Assault event at the Red Knight.

The baby quaggans at the one jump puzzle rez you if you fall to your death too. It’s cute =p

Braham and Rox can also res people during the Molten Facility end battle… if they don’t get killed that is.

I’ve been rezzed by Marjory, and not in the typical “necromancer” way.

They will also do so in Fotm ofc they die faster but they still do it!

Also all npcs on the platform rez you so rox/braham kasmeer/jory and our favorite Heal-o-tron! its a cool thing to see something like that and it makes the fight much easier for those of us whose FPS suffers in zergs Q.Q
