Gunnar’s Hold main map had issues with these 2 things. Lawson Marriner is just standing on his spawn spot, chilling. One more thing to mention, Moa escort was successful, all moas survived, none of us got achievement “All Bets Are Off”. Fix pls.

Those exact two things happened to me while I was guesting to TC main to play with friends, and while I did the event in an overflow.

From my understanding, the main servers (at least mine is; Tarnished Coast) are bugged. As for how to confirm; the civilian count is likely some outrageous number (last I checked, TC was at 5000+).

The solution for now that I found is to just use the overflow’s LA, which isn’t bugged. As for an easy way to get into the overflow, just do the pre-event that occurs before LA opens up, and wait a minute or two (or longer) for everyone else to flow into the portal (let the main LA fill first), then walk in.

May have to guest to other worlds if other people caught onto this though (TC was fine for getting into overflow about an hour ago).

Moa Achievement doesn’t work even in overflow. I did it 3 times and didn’t get the achi and neither have a lot other people.

In order for the moa and other escort events to award you with participation (and the achievement), you need to actually kill an event mob, not just tag them and run.

This is a bit frustrating when you’re busy buffing the NPCs and using CC on the enemies to keep them alive. But if you want your contribution, stand and kill a few and let others escort them further.

I’m pretty certain I killed at least 4 Aetherblades while protecting him and still didn’t get any credit towards the achievements. Same with at least other 2 who were there with me. This happened in overflow.

BTW. Why does the dolyak,children,ogre,lighthouse escorts happen every 1 minute, but Moa and Marriner only once per WHOLE event?

Why would he sneak back in only to be rescued again? The same goes for the Moas, there’s only so many of them whereas (logically) there can be multiple families and groups of kids/dolyaks/workers.

Struggling to get the Elite Aetherblade achievement. I’ve completed said event 3 times now, but nothing has registered. Is there a trick to it?

I did Lawson about 3 times; the first two times didn’t register for me. Worked fine the third time though. On the 3rd try, I made sure I killed two enemies.
