Q:

I have a low level character (40) I’d like to level up in LA rescues but it occurred to me… If I get the citizen reward box on my level 40 will I have a chance at any of the more valuable items? Of the two times I’ve received it by now once was on one of my 80s and once on my lower level and it was full of lower level green items….
Anyone received anything better on a low level character?

Give the bags to your Lv. 80 and open them.
The loot will be based on his lvl and not your alts.

Please Remove/Fix Thief Trait: “Last Refuge.”
“Hard to Catch” is a Horrible and Useless Trait. Fixed 6/23/15. Praise Dwayna.
