Hmm, i waited and searched quite a few runs in LA but could not find the Moa Escort.

Could u check is its working normally?

Moa event appears where the moa races started, 40 minutes of every hour. Meaning 2:40, 3:40, 4:40, etc. Lawson appears at the same time at the plaza. Only one attempt every hour, sadly.
